Turnaround varies with parts and workload. Combination jobs (tip plus rewrap plus joint tune-up, etc.) get scheduled together when possible — note everything in your form so we quote you once.

Ferrule replacements, joint replacements, and insert swaps — for example stepping from wavy to radial or the other direction when your cue calls for it.

Drop-off & pickup
All cues are dropped off and picked up at Good Times Billiards in Lakewood — same entrance and counter team you know from league nights and tournaments. Pick a preferred drop-off date in the form; we'll reply with the best window (and pickup when your cue is ready).
