Returns.
This policy covers retail products bought through our website or at the desk. Some items (services, passes, or custom orders) may be marked final sale at purchase — that language on the product or receipt controls.
14-day return window
You may return eligible unused items within 14 days of pickup or delivery, with proof of purchase (order email or receipt). After 14 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.
Condition
Items must be in original, resellable condition with tags and packaging where they shipped with them. Chalk, tips, opened consumables, and installed parts are generally not returnable unless they arrived defective.
Defective or wrong item
If we sent the wrong SKU or something arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at (562) 420-9556 with photos. We will replace or refund, including reasonable return shipping when we confirm the error.
How to return
- In person: Bring the item and receipt to Good Times Billiards (4125 Paramount Blvd · Lakewood, CA · 90713) during posted hours — fastest path.
- By mail: Contact us first for the return address and RMA notes. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we agreed otherwise for a defect or our mistake.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method when possible. Processing can take a few business days after we receive and inspect the return.
