We want our guests’ experience at Good Times to be safe and enjoyable. To ensure this, we would like to ask our guests to adhere to our house rules. Some stores may have additional guidelines – please contact Good Times Family Billiards for more information.

HOUSE RULES

  • Loud and/or abusive language will not be tolerated.

  • Loitering and/or solicitation is prohibited.

  • Cutting in line is prohibited.

  • No firearms or weapons are permitted in the store.

  • No pets of any kind are allowed in the store except for service animals.

  • Guests under the age of 18 require a guardian 25 or older with them after 10 pm at all times (up to 4 individuals per guardian).

  • All outside food and beverage are strictly prohibited.

  • No beverages are allowed on the pool tables.

  • Alcohol purchased on the premises may not be brought outside.

  • Overly intoxicated individuals will not be admitted.

  • All persons and belongings are subject to search. Any unapproved items will be confiscated.

  • Anyone caught vandalizing Good Times property will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. (Penal Code Sec 594)

  • Smoking is allowed outside.

  • Good Times will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.

IDENTIFICATION

  • In order to establish that you are at least 21 years of age, you must have a valid identification card issued by a governmental agency containing your photograph, date of birth, height, sex, and eye color. Student ID is not considered a valid form of identification.

  • We will not accept forms of identification that are expired, cracked, altered, or damaged in any way.

  • False identification will be confiscated by security personnel.

DRESS CODE

  • All guests must wear shirts and shoes.

  • No excessively baggy clothing.

  • No clothing with profanity and/or objectionable artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Failure to comply with any of the policies above may result in ejection from the store without refund or credit.
